Subway in Potsdam

a bit of a shame if you beat your way through the cold & you have already closed at 6:20 pm :(

Great shop ... bread a bit sticky ... in the center of the pedestrian zone, which is getting more and more dead, lots of empty shops and everything is shabby ... at least Subways is still alive and maybe everything will be redeveloped here ... bad for a state capital ... !!!

An effort is always made and every request is met. Salad made exactly according to my ideas and subs also created very tasty. I really enjoy going there because I keep experiencing new taste explosions. 👌🏼

The subs are delicious, you only wait a little longer at peak times (which is the case everywhere) and the staff and the boss are friendly. :) Now that you can finally enter the store, I can only say good things about the furnishings. A nice new shop. 👌

Nice clean new branch, in a good location on the middle of Brandenburger Str. You can tell that some of the employees are still new and have to get used to it. Everyone should understand this. No master has fallen from the sky yet. No one was ever rude to me and the waiting times are not worth mentioning. The quality was always good. I can not understand the negative reviews with the best will.

I cannot personally understand the other opinions here: everything was prepared as desired, friendly staff, very good price-quality ratio. Nice that there is a shop in the city and you don't always have to go to the main train station.

Not at all! SEVERALS, extras were not packed although paid for, wrong bread and toppings ... and 40 minutes of queuing and waiting is really not true. Then really better to the train station!

Waited half an hour, others were brought forward and the staff got cheeky when complaining. In addition, things that were paid extra were missing.

I was there 4 times and each time my sub was assigned incorrectly or I got a wrong one. Wrong bread, no sauce or olives that were not wanted .. Out of goodwill, I was allowed to pick up a new sub after another complete confusion, but this was also wrongly assigned ... The extras that I paid were not on it. Just exhausting. (Better go to the train station! There you get what you order)

Very very tasty! Keep it up! Ordered yesterday evening directly on site and 3-4 minutes later we were given the two delicious subs! Nice service 🤗 Something was still missing in Potsdam in the city center.
